He also has a passion for young wannabe Page Three models, and helps them get their feet on the ladder to success.

He also sells their pictures to the soft porn market. However, Snapper’s main workload consists of taking wedding photographs, and supplying pictures as a freelance to local newspapers. On one such excursion, he has to supply photos of three local churches for a special feature.

At one of the shoots, he witnesses the local Member of Parliament, Mike Bleasdale, with a woman he knows not to be his wife. Taking several pictures of the tryst, it transpires that the meeting has been a set-up for Bleasdale’s murder. The hit-man tracks Snapper down and, under threat- he is forced to destroy the evidence.Believing it to be the end of the matter, he then becomes innocently embroiled in what he believes to be another murder set-up- this time, of another local party candidate, Ray Osbourne. Are the hit-man and his mysterious, yet stunningly beautiful accomplice, systematically getting rid of all the local parliamentary candidates?Snapper’s involvement in the plot causes him to wish, on more than one occasion- that he had switched off his radio alarm that morning, and gone back to sleep. With a high-speed car chase over which he has little or no control, and bullets finding their unfortunate mark, Snapper’s quiet life suddenly parallel’s something resembling the plot of a blockbuster movie.

But it is a movie that has haunted with terrifying consequences, from which there seems to be no escape.
